One word or phrase is not enough to describe Amy Kim. She was born in South Korea and moved to Saudi Arabia when she was 1. Then lived and studied in over 5 countries during her youth and immigrated to the US for school in 2000. She is a first generation immigrant, a daughter, a mother, an entrepreneur and, a tech exec working for companies like Google, Microsoft, Siebel Systems and most recently, appointed the President and Chief Revenue Officer of PowerToFly. In this intimate conversation, Amy will discuss her personal and career journey including her life in Korea and Japan, transitioning from enterprise companies like Microsoft and Google to fast-growing startups, how she practices work-life integration, and why she was attracted to the mission of PowerToFly.

She is fully capable of leading an array of business development responsibilities, as well as general business operations, team leadership, and account management for series B, C, stage companies.

She strives to execute the best version of Customer Success and Service Delivery all the while offering guidance, support, and fulfillment to all her connections.
Amy has worked in Japan, Korea, and the U.S. and is fluent in multiple languages (Japanese, Korean, English), only furthering her ability to deliver results for international businesses, especially. Through her experience, she has become qualified in helping international corporations based in Asia or the EMEA seeking to build and expand a presence in North America.
