One more thing before you go...
With some workers eagerly returning to physical workplaces and some determined to remain remote, the future of work will be hybrid. In a hybrid workforce, collaboration cannot be left to chance; however, despite technologies that connect us, many feel disconnected from their teams and organizational goals. Collaboration, a critical business strategy, requires dedicated leaders charged with connecting others and enhancing overall productivity. In this talk, Laïla von Alvensleben will offer best practices from her work as Head of Culture and Collaboration at MURAL, to inspire your teams to successfully connect by bringing purpose and intention to the collaboration process.
