A Leader, an Ally...What Does That Mean?

PRIDE: CHAMPIONING LGBTQIA+ LEADERS & ALLIES

Leader, ally—these are words we throw around a lot, but what do they really mean, and how can we embody them in our personal and professional lives? And, how can companies embody the principles of good leadership and allyship? In this talk, Joshua Rosario King, DEI Committee Chair at Ingenio, shares his thoughts on these questions and more.

Bridget Finkeldey

I have a passion for giving back to the community. I have worked with a lot of LGBTQA+ and POC non-profits, customer service, Learning & development, training, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. To ensure everyone is welcomed. I currently work at a tech company called Ingenio. I’ve had the opportunity to help revamp onboarding, conduct Lunch & Learn, arrange and celebrate cultural celebrations, Lead informative townhalls and work closely with the c-suite. Outside of Ingenio I am working on becoming a life coach and writing an inspirational book to help uplift, encourage and inspire.
